Sue Gilbert founded the company in 2004, and she has worked for many of the nation's leading property companies in a career spanning 30 years, and has been involved in acquisitions, disposals, sales and lettings - and more recently major refurbishments advice to blue chip companies, schools, and individuals for rental investments.

Sue has been joined in the business by Paul Benson. Paul has been working in the AV industry for more than 10 years, working for retailers and manufacturers in this specialist field. For the past few years Paul has worked for firms that specialise in offering consultancy services for the high-end home automation market. He has developed strong links with house developers, architects and interior designers, and frequently gives talks on the benefits of structured cabling in new or already built houses.
