Our initial consultation is free, and we like to spend time with you to discuss your requirements in detail, and outline our role and how we work.

We will then arrange quotations from our hand picked contractors and present you with realistic budgets and time frames to undertake the work.

At this stage we ask you to sign both our terms of business and the terms of business of the chosen contractor.

Work begins and we supervise the project from start to end, providing regular reports and monitoring expenditure and co-ordinating all the contractors, taking away the strain and letting you get on with your life with minimal upheaval.
